New Golden Mile

The New Golden Mile is the up and coming area west of Puerto Banus, a stretch of 15km between San Pedro and Estepona. Over the recent decades there has been a lot of activity in the area, with construction of new developments with apartments and villas.
The area is attractive as the beaches are less crowded and the living cost lower. The New Golden Mile also offers a touch of exclusivity with beach clubs like Puro Beach.

For investment opportunities this will be a great area to invest as it is still a new area, and we still see a lot of new developments here. This is an area for both beachside luxury complexes, but you will also find holiday resorts and established neighbours hoods with villas and town houses.
